Product and Design
What are the dimensions?
Dimensions vary by size, with detailed measurements provided on each product page. miniCITYBOX (14x14cm) CITYBOX (24x24cm) ultraCITYBOX (44x44cm)
What materials are used for the production of the models?
Our models are made with a plastic resin. The material has a matte and slightly rough finish resulting in a plaster-like surface.
The frame is made of solid black painted wood and includes a wall mounting bracket.
Are all cities on the same scale?
The scale varies from city to city. Choosing different scales for each city ensures that all cities are compatible with each other. For example, with our adjusted scales you can place Venice, known for its small streets, right next to Dubai, where the world's tallest skyscraper is located.
Do the models align with true north?
Yes, our models are oriented to true north, ensuring geographic accuracy and a realistic representation of each city. Each frame comes with a mounting bracket to help you orient yourself around the city.
How can I hang the frame on the wall?
Each frame comes with an integrated wall mounting bracket that allows for easy installation on the wall. The frames can be mounted both vertically and horizontally.

How do you obtain 3D data from cities?
The creation of our 3D data is a unique process, using software of our creation that connects with satellite data.
Can I buy just your 3D data?
Unfortunately, our 3D digital data is not for sale.

We ship worldwide.
How are products packed and protected during delivery?
Each 3D City is placed inside specialized product packaging.
To ensure stability, 3D City and its frame are securely placed using a combination of cardboard, foam and polystyrene.
How do I receive my CITYBOX?
We offer worldwide shipping via UPS with tracking information provided. Shipments in Mexico are made by Estafeta/99minutes/DHL. Worldwide delivery times and cost will be calculated at checkout based on shipping destination country and order weight. In Mexico Shipping is FREE.
Are your products in stock?
Each model is handmade and individually produced. To reduce waiting times, all CITYBOX are usually in stock 50% of the time. The production time of a CITYBOX can vary from 5 to 10 days.
Can I make my order a gift?
After placing your order, please send us a message at sales@switchonart.com to ensure that no invoice is attached to the package.
Does the cost of shipping outside of Mexico include import duties or any other fees?
No, they only include the shipping cost and import/export and customs charges may apply.

How should I clean and maintain the model?
Simply dry 3D City with cold air or use a soft, dry cloth for the exterior parts. Avoid using water or cleaning products that may damage the materials.
